Victoria is coming back! I loved this magazine, it is the only magazine I have kept all my back copies of and I still get them out and thumb through occasionally. And hey, I love the name, almost named Brittany Victoria. You can go here and sign up for a trial copy. They will send you one and then you can either write cancel on the bill or subscribe. Hurray for Victoria!

ReplyDeleteMy only suggestion is get some glue. Find some paper and images with colors that you like. Put the glue on the paper, and glue the images down. Don't think--just glue a few images, words, etc...down on the colored paper. This will start an addiction...LOL..and you won't be able to stop.
I have actually only been doing this since late March (mixed media collage)--five months ago--when I started, I sat and stared and was intimidated. Now..it's just glueing paper to paper, adding some paint, and if I hate it--painting over it. You can do it!!
It's fun! You make a tremendous mess, and it makes you feel good!

Me too! I've kept all my Victoria copies even when I had to squeeze them on to the bookshelves. I couldn't give them up. They were always such an inspiration.
