So I haven't been around blogland much this weekend because I was too busy celebrating. It was my birthday, one which one of my wise friends stated is where we start counting backwards. It was a really great weekend, full of great food, family and flowers. What more could I ask for?
Can you believe this cake my mom made me? It was ice cream on the bottom and cake on top. Even gluten-free so William got to have some. Gotta love those new Betty Crocker cake mixes. Sooooo Yummy!

You mixed up the ice cream and the cake. The cake was on the bottom and then the ice cream was on the top and the frosting was fudge.
