One of My Favorite Christmas Presents

I received these wrapped up in a box from William. Can you guess what they are going to be when they grow up?
Here is another clue. I will show you when it is all done. I am VERY excited!

    Is it a bench? Like a piano bench or cool, crafty, entry way bench?
