Yummy new blog!
Liz and her sister-in-law have started a new gluten-free blog that I really like they have lots of yummy recipes and they are all pretty normal and easy. So if you know anyone with celiac disease go check it out. killthegluten.blogspot.com The name cracks me up!

My brother, who has three kids with celiac, told me recently that the hope for the next generation will be a pill one can take daily that will make it so you can eat gluten. How great would that be? BTW: I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the kill the gluten blog.
